As a result of JavaFX SDK 1.1 being released last week, Stephen Chin created an article that highlights the changes from JavaFX SDK 1.0. 

According to Stephen, “…the amount of change in the JavaFX 1.1 Release is minuscule in
comparison [to the amount of change from the Technical Preview to JavaFX 1.0]. However, you may still run into a few language and API
changes that will affect any moderately complicated application.”
